Celine began her career with Ernst & Young Singapore in 1994. Her diverse portfolio of external and internal audit clients included global conglomerates, public listed and privately held companies as well as non-profit organisations.
In 1997, she joined an Anglo-Dutch listed conglomerate with diversified businesses, where she was involved in the implementation of Oracle financial systems, management reporting, treasury, audit and tax matters of the publishing and exhibition management divisions.
Celine joined Chio Lim Stone Forest in 1998 and has been involved in various consulting projects including initial public offerings, mergers & acquisitions, transaction support and advisory assignments, investment evaluation and feasibility studies, due diligence exercises, corporate recovery, insolvency and profit improvement reviews.
Celine lectures in the Singapore Management University on adjunct basis for its Master of Professional Accounting (MPA) and Bachelor of Accountancy programmes. She had also been one of the speakers for courses conducted by the Institute of Banking and Finance under the Continuing Education Programmes for Trade Representatives. |
