Doreen joined the corporate advisory division of Chio Lim Stone Forest in 1999 and has been involved in business planning, corporate restructuring, and corporate finance advisory projects. She is experienced in pre-listing review and advisory work and has led in the successful listing of several companies on the Singapore Exchange.
Doreen is also experienced in the financial advisory aspect of mid-market mergers and acquisitions transactions, comprising buy-side, sell-side and merger mandates involving both corporate and private equity firms. She was closely involved in the advisory and execution of several cross border mergers & acquisitions transactions, valuations ranging from $10 million to $150 million.
Prior to joining the firm, Doreen has 12 years of experience in commerce and banking sectors.
