Vina joined the software development division of Chio Lim Stone Forest (CLSF) in 1989, where she was tasked to establish marketing channels for an in-house developed payroll system. She was subsequently transferred to the consulting division to provide recruitment services to the firm’s clients. She left the firm in 1992 to start a partnership operating a recruitment agency where she managed all processes from marketing, interviewing, placement of candidates to book-keeping.
Vina rejoined CLSF in 1997 as a support executive where she provided payroll system support to more than 300 ACCPAY users. She managed a team of qualified installers to set up ACCPAY systems for clients. She had worked on interfaces of clients’ accounting modules, conducted training on the system and its legal implications as well as payroll workshops to both internal staff and users.
In 2000, Vina was transferred to head the payroll outsourcing division within CLSF where she managed a team of experienced personnel providing payroll and human resource administration services to clients and handling the monthly payroll of more than two thousand employees. |
