Our Mission
We strive to be the best accounting and business consultancy group to provide the highest standards of service to our clients, through working hand-in-hand with them to achieve their growth and prosperity. We aim to add value to their businesses, thereby contributing to the growth of the business community. To achieve this, we continue to build our core of professionals with people of high integrity and capability. We aim for sheer excellence in all that we do.

Our Values – 7Ps
Our firm’s reputation is built on technical competence, proactive client servicing and a commitment to uncompromising integrity, professionalism and high standards of service.

The 7Ps form an integral part of our value system, being the guiding principle of our service delivery. They refer to:

	Passion - This is the core of our value system - the passion to want to help growing businesses, and to excel in whatever we do for the benefit of our clients.
	Proactive - We make things happen instead of waiting for things to happen. We tap on our expertise and experience to anticipate issues and problems for clients.
	Practical - We do not believe in textbook solutions. We are involved with the client in the implementation of our recommendations, which are guided by practicality and cost-effectiveness.
	Personal - Clients should feel free to talk to us, anytime. We offer a higher level of managerial and partner attention.
	Perseverance - Solutions are not always straightforward for challenges facing growing businesses. We adopt a dogged attitude and will explore all avenues to help clients overcome their difficulties or achieve set objectives. We hand-hold and help them through all odds.
	Progressive - Keeping up-to-date with work methodologies, knowledge and skills is key to our HR development policy.
	Professional - We uphold the reputation of the profession and the company through proper conduct and quality work at all times. Our commitment to quality was further endorsed in 1997 when we were ISO 9002 certified, being the first accounting firm in Singapore to do so. The certification reinforces and embeds quality into our operations and way of life.

Philanthropic Efforts
We believe in giving back to society. Besides sponsoring some book prizes and bursaries of various local polytechnics, the company also matches dollar for dollar, all staff contribution to the SHARE (Social Help and Assistance Raised by Employees) programme that was started since 1993. 2008
CLSF is a key sponsor for Project Summer on Sand (SOS), a community service project organized by SMU Tritouch Connexion from May to July 2008 for the EN Community Services Society and Chen Su Lan Methodist Children's Home.

CLSF also contributed close to $90,000.00 to 15 charities, they include Children's Cancer Foundation, Singapore Cancer Society, The Spastic Children's Association of Singapore and Chung Hwa Free Clinic.

2007
CLSF contributed over S$100,000.00 to various charities.

2006
More than 10 charities benefited from CLSF’s donation of close to S$120,000.00. These charities include Chung Hwa Free Clinic, Man Fut Tong Nursing Home, Ren Ci Hospital and the SGX Bull Run.

2005
CLSF donated close to S$120,000.00 to several charities including the Singapore Red Cross Society, the SGX Bull Run and the Rotary Club of Queenstown which received S$10,000.00 each.

2004
CLSF produced and sponsored a 2005 desk calendar with the theme of "A Tribute to Growing Businesses" to commemorate the 20th Anniversary of the founding of CLSF. Together with a handful of clients, S$168, 000 was raised for the benefit of 16 charities.

Management and staff of the group also raised close to S$22,500.00 for the Singapore Red Cross Society Humanitarian Assistance to the victims of Tidal Waves Asia.

2003
CLSF donated S$70,000.00 to several charities.

2002
CLSF donated S$100,000.00 to 10 charities.

2001
CLSF produced and sponsored the sale of calendars in aid of Chung Hwa Free Clinic. A total of S$35,000.00 was raised.

2000
A charity drive in aid of the Home Nursing Foundation was organised, where S$77,700.00 was raised.
