Employment Act to Cover Professionals, Managers and Executives Earning More Than $4,500

Manpower Minister Lim Swee Say announced in parliament that the $4,500 salary cap will be removed from the Employment Act (EA) and professionals, managers and executives (PMEs) will be covered by the Act yesterday. This will be implemented by 1 April 2019.
