Please take note that the CPF Board (“CPF”) will no longer accept hardcopies of CPF submissions from employers, with effect from 1 January 2021. Employers are reminded to register for CPF e-Submissions if they have not already done so.

CPF recommends that all e-submissions be done via CPF e-Submit@web, using CorpPass or SingPass to log in. The user guide can be found here.

Employers with 10 or fewer employees may consider e-submissions via CPF e-Submit@mobile, simply by downloading the “CPF e-Submit” app. The CPF e-Submit user guide can be found here.

More details can be found on CPF’s website: https://www.cpf.gov.sg/employer/making-cpf-contributions/submitting-cpf-contributions-via-cpf-ezpay.
