Over the past 15 years, her portfolio has grown and she currently heads the client servicing team. Vivi is actively involved in the pre-scoping of first level user requirements and advises on effective digital transformation strategies to optimise finance operations while maintaining compliance and security.
A qualified Sage 300 consultant with a growing portfolio of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects, she supports SMEs across industries from the Not-for-profit, retail, F&B, and professional business services sectors. Her analytical and business oriented approach allows her to tailor innovative solutions that improve efficiency across the value chain.
Prior to joining the firm, Vivi was involved in presales, solutions development, project implementation and post-implementation for ERP, retail POS, and accounting systems.
