Sally joined the firm as a corporate secretarial assistant and was promoted to Director in 2007. She is also an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
She has over 20 years of hands-on experience in handling a portfolio of clients ranging from private companies, NPOs to public companies both listed and non-listed in various industries. Her practice comprised of advising and assisting clients on setting up offices and corporate restructuring in Singapore.
She has also served as Company Secretary of private companies and several companies listed in the Singapore Stock Exchange.
