Bernice Lau joined RSM Stone Forest’s CorpServe as a corporate secretarial assistant intern in 2006, and continued her tenure upon attaining her Diploma in Accountancy awarded by Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
Bernice has more than 10 years of professional experience in areas of corporate secretarial compliance, business establishment and registration, corporate restructuring and dissolution, and cessation of business.
She holds a Bachelor of Commence in Marketing Management conferred by Murdoch University, Australia, and she is an associate member of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (“CSIS”).
