Lee Lee brings over 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and financial management in Singapore and China. She is a certified public accountant (Australia) and currently serves as the Head of China.
Lee Lee began her audit career in Singapore and subsequently worked with one of the Big 4 firms in China. Her portfolio includes auditing multinational corporations and joint ventures, as well as assisting with company listings. Lee Lee is well-versed in International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (“US GAAP”), and People's Republic of China (“PRC”) GAAP.
Having lived in China for 18 years, Lee Lee is familiar with both Chinese and international cultures. She now assists foreign companies in strategising their market entry into China, helps Chinese enterprises go global, and provides business support solutions such as accounting, tax compliance, corporate advisory, and payroll & HR advisory services.
For over 10 years, Lee Lee has assisted numerous foreign companies from the US, Europe, and Asia (including Singapore) in understanding China’s complex and dynamic business environment, offering practical solutions to overcome local challenges. She also possesses rich experience in software and IT, education, healthcare, infrastructure, industrial, and consumer markets.
In addition to outsourcing, Lee Lee has extensive experience in training. Her team offers short- and long-term training for new or growing enterprises in China, helping groom their senior executives and talent.
