Client Brief

  • As a market-leading company in the oil industry, the client has over 10 offices across China. They handle a considerable number of reimbursements and vendor payments on a monthly basis, and was in need of an efficient online T&E system.
  • Given the scale of the business and the amount of work needed for developing the T&E system, the cost of communication and operations would be significant.
  • The client lacked manpower in the finance department and sought our team's help to provide T&E compliance services in collaboration with their internal team.
