  • We complete the Self-Assessment Tool (SAT) to get an indication from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) if the applicant will be eligible for an S Pass or Employment Pass.
  • We assist to post relevant vacancies on the Jobs Bank (for compliance with the Fair Consideration Framework).
  • New expatriates settling in Singapore will receive a complimentary “Welcome to Singapore” Guide.

Changes from 1 September 2020

From 1 September 2020, the minimum qualifying salary for Employment Pass and S Pass holders will be raised as part of the government’s drive to foster a strong Singaporean core, especially in the financial sector.

The minimum qualifying salary will be raised from $3,900 to $4,500 and $2,400 to $2,500, for new Employment Pass and S Pass respectively. Separately, for the financial service sector, the minimum will be raised to $5,000 with effect from 1 December 2020.

The salary criteria for different age groups, more experienced candidates will also be raised in tandem. The new salary criteria will apply to renewal applications from 1 May 2021. Read More

Work Passes & Permits in Singapore

 

Employment Pass (EP)

Only eligible candidates will be considered for an Employment Pass. Criteria include a minimum salary of $3,900* for foreign professionals and acceptable qualifications.

Work Permit

The Work Permit allows semi-skilled foreign workers from approved source countries to work in certain sectors. Find out your sector’s requirements, foreign worker levy and quota, and how to apply.

S Pass (SP)

Only eligible candidates will be considered for an S Pass. Criteria include a minimum salary of $2,400* and acceptable qualifications. Use the Self-Assessment Tool to check a candidate's eligibility before you apply.

Entrepass

Your proposed business needs to meet certain requirements for you to be eligible for an EntrePass. These may include funding from an accredited source, intellectual property, research collaboration or being an incubatee.

Dependant's Pass

Eligible Employment Pass or S Pass holders can bring certain family members to Singapore on a Dependant's Pass.

Letter of Consent

(Only applicable for existing DP Holder)

The Letter of Consent (LOC) allows eligible Dependant's Pass or Long Term Visit Pass (LTVP)/LTVP+ holders to work in Singapore if they find a job here.

Long Term Visit Pass

Eligible Employment Pass or S Pass holders can bring certain family members to Singapore on a Long Term Visit Pass.
