MAS-Licensed Payment Service Provider

We are an MAS-Licensed Payment Service Provider under the Payment Services Act. The Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”) has introduced the Payment Services Act 2019 (“PS Act”), effective from 28 January 2020, to regulate the various payment activities in Singapore, including cross-border and domestic remittances.

The PS Act is a forward looking and flexible framework for the regulation of payment systems and payment service providers in Singapore. One of the objectives of the PS Act is to safeguard customers’ money maintained with the Payment Service Providers. We are a licensed Major Payment Institution under the PS Act.
