Focused on customer satisfaction, our Service Delivery Manager oversees a team of engineers to ensure consistent quality and service standards. Acting as the bridge between the client and our operational delivery teams, she ensures all service concerns and complaints are resolved efficiently and all deadlines are kept. She also assists with contracts and service agreements.
